Meet our Chef: Billy Lawson
Billy fondly remembers the first meal he ever prepared, at 10 years of age, for his mother who worked full-time and volunteered for Henrico EMS. The feeling of having fed someone was one that resonated with him. He credits his MeMaw and PePaw for his southern cooking influence along with his Dad. Although he has a lot of experience in the RVA area in finer dining, his love is serving up the southern home-cooked experience. You can find him outside by the smoker, inside cooking it up or home with his girls.
